An AI startup promises to call your elderly parents for you if you don’t have time, or simply don’t want to, and we tested out the service.

        alternatively just

        don’t?

You can legally just not talk to your parents. The cops aren’t gonna arrest you for that. You don’t have to pay a techbro startup to avoid your parents.

Normalizing what this will undoubtedly become is what this “pre-purchase” spin tactic is all about: if you’re not the one choosing words to share with your elders, someone else is — and that “someone” will be told/programmed per cutting-edge profit-focused forecasting, etc.

Get ready for deeper fleecing of the elderly that even the elder “care” industry can’t reliably get away with these days. 🤢🤦🏼‍♂️

They’re not yet coming after you, personally.

          Yet.

Right? What kinda weird ass do you have to be to fake communication with someone like family…either grow a pair, be truthful and just don’t ever communicate, or call them. It’s mighty pathetic to hear people would even consider this crap.

Anyone I find out uses this horseshit is blacklisted from my life even if it wasn’t used on me. Those people are not worth it
