Thanks for the encouragement! I am hoping to open up more in online spaces, because trans specific irl support groups are kind of far for me to frequent.
Where I’m at, in the suburbs of a medium sized city, doesn’t seem bad on like a personal safety level, I imagine people might even be very polite to my face. I’m mostly worried about future legislation, and discrimination. Of course that’s a nationwide problem now, the south is just enthusiastically leading the charge.
One day when I have the means, if progressive cities still exist, I will move to one, and just be a new woman overnight! But if before then, it gets to a point where I’m not passing as a man anymore, it wouldn’t be the end of the world. :)

Sorry you’re feeling unsafe in the south. I understand what that’s like. The US is just such a mess these days.
