If caffeine is what causes you actual health concerns then your health might not be that great to begin with tbh

Are you dumb? Too much caffeine is unhealthy, just like sugar. Would you claim that having a sugar addiction is not a concern either?

You might want to look into how serious caffeine addiction actually is medically. You get it from fairly small amounts and its effects on the body are very minor. That’s why nobody much cares about it.

          https://www.verywellmind.com/caffeine-addiction-4157287#toc-how-caffeine-can-negatively-affect-your-health

Caffeine has various effects on the body that are potentially harmful to your health. Caffeine has been associated with increased blood pressure and heart rhythm changes.

Some caffeinated products, such as coffee and soda, can cause gastrointestinal disturbances.

There is also a question of whether caffeine might increase your risk of osteoporosis. One study found this to be the case for women in menopause with high caffeine intake.

          […]

Some research has shown that caffeine may be linked to symptoms of psychosis and mania in people who have psychotic disorders or mood conditions.

          […]

Symptoms associated with trying to cut back your caffeine habit or missing your daily “dose” are:

          • Feeling tired or sleepy
          • Reduced mental alertness
          • Slower reaction times
          • Worsened performance on memory tasks

And does some of that, both through severity and likelihood, sound concerning to you? Cutting back while having an addiction and feeling tired or sleepy? Nothing most would much care about.

I’m not trolling, none of what you posted is concerning considering the amounts needed and the likelihood.

You can choke on a steak but would be fairly silly to go around concerned about the life hazardous risks of steak.

The sheer amount of stress that existing in the modern day causes for most people is significantly more medically significant to caffeine addiction, and a lot of it is people finding an escape from their work by getting a coffee.
