I can’t even count how many hours I’ve spent in the past year arguing about some BS charge, trying to get something repaired under warranty, or even trying to redeem an valid coupon that was sent to me. I’ve reached a point where I’m exhausted in trying to fight these kinds of things but I feel like I can’t just let any of it go. Sometimes I wish I could hire a Karen, it would be 100% worth it.

    I had a bundle with my local ISP that included home phone, gigabyte internet, and cable but I wanted to go back to just interest when the promotional period ended and the price tripled. When I got into contact with their customer service to do this they gave me an unnecessarily difficult time and only canceled part of the package leaving me with a home phone line I had never used a still nearly doubled price.

    I called a few times to argue this but they either didn’t believe me or said they couldn’t reffund the amount for the couple months where I didn’t notice this.

    I finally got the correct representative that knew what went wrong and was confused why I was given such a hard time but the whole process was frustrating and has made me really cautious about increases in subscriptions and automatic payments I have setup.

      I 100% knew some or even most of these responses were going to be ISP-related. Glad yours at least got sorted out.
