As much as I’m voting Harris soon, I do secretly wish Trump would win. Because lately I’ve encountered a bunch of insane and radicalized people that took so many things out of context. While brandishing me as a Trumpist even though my comment history suggests otherwise. It’s that kind of mentality, is when I really hope we have another 4 years of suffering.
All because I’ll take comfort in knowing that those people, will suffer under his presidency and do nothing about it. They’ll just screech and screech on the internet into the void, while I masturbate in the morning to it. All in glee, over their suffering.
I’m so tired of every election cycle, that there’s packs of these people around and they wonder why young people aren’t getting up to vote. They wonder why discussing politics anywhere else is basically taboo or unwanted.
So while I am voting Harris, I’m secretly cheering Trump to win just to make those people suffer.
You joined 11 days ago and your comment history includes you using slurs, saying you’re racist, and warning against “turning mental illness into an identity war like LGBTQ”. Now you’ve made a thread saying you “secretly” hope Trump gets elected so that “radicalized” people will suffer.
Somebody out here quacking like a duck.
Yup, here’s the trash I’ve been referencing. Context twisting, profile stalking, making smarmy replies .etc
You sure this isn’t just another Reddit instance or something? You’re the typical Redditard trash I’d totally expect to say in a comment like yours.
Redditard.
Sounds like you’ve had too much internet.
Either that, or you have a fascination for human suffering. Which you might want to see a therapist about if you can afford it.
In either case, signing off and doing something you enjoy offline might be a good idea. I’d take to the mountains, but that’s just me.
Nah, I’ve had too much of people like you and people I’ve encountered. Why don’t you see a therapist yourself by the response you’ve just made? Can’t be advising people things if you aren’t going to, yourself.
I hope that lesson was taught last time. Those that didn’t learn it then are unlikely to learn it if he should win again.
I believe that there were many people who voted for Trump in 2016 because of the reasons you mention. I get it. Sometimes it’s necessary to destroy something to build something new. Give the world a kick in the balls instead of keeping patching the broken status quo.
Trump is just not the guy to do it. While he did destroy a lot of shit last time, he didn’t actually clear the ground for a new building.
You know what would be more disruptive than watching an old geezer shit on the carpet a second time? You know what would piss off a lot of people?
Electing a woman as president.
Nah. The lesson wasn’t taught last time, especially if people are going to continue behaving the things I’ve exemplified. People just do not learn, they simply do not learn and refuse to learn.
Trump is the guy to do it, he’s a chaotic mess, a perfect tornado to continue destroying America and make everyone’s lives miserable. And I secretly want it.
It’s almost as if we would need nukes anymore to just give this world back to itself, it’ll recover itself in time, it’s endured worse. It’s just us that’s been it’s problem all this time.
You need a holiday.
You need to die. :)
Sure, I’ll get around to it some day. It’s just that I have a lot of things to do first.
I kinda know what you’re saying. I find liberals of both persuasions (Democrat and Republican) quite foolish and intolerable, and when the inevitable collapse of America comes (I’m guessing in the next four years, no matter which one wins), part of me imagines gloating over them with “See what your liberalism has wrought?!”.
But a much more sensible part of myself realizes that a bunch of apolitical, ordinary working Americans are going to suffer in the collapse, including my relatives, and I probably will not feel like gloating.
(Me, I’m fucking off to Thailand as soon as I turn 50 and can qualify for a Thai retirement visa.)
I have similar leanings. Every election cycle there’s a growing part of my brain that just wants to vote for the craziest people on the ballot in hopes that they will succeed in burning it all down.
Yup. And you vote for the right party or the right candidate, it almost doesn’t even matter. Such is the case of doing what I’m doing. I’m not expecting a celebratory response or anything.
I evaluate it like this. If one voted for the Republican side, you’re empowering the obviously destructive party that’ll do the most damage. It’s out in the open, they aren’t hiding anything. But if you voted for the Democratic side, it’s very subtle. Their audience would praise you for voting the ‘right side’ but they’re still assholes at the end of the day that’ll feel empowered in giving you shit anyways, they just have a vilified motion when doing so.
It’s like lose-lose either way.
I don’t want kids to get hurt, but i want for everything else in my school district to fail so miserably that more people quit and start protesting and it’s immediately on the news. Watching it happen slowly is killing me!
