It depends on the area. There are good areas which are amazing and perfectly safe. Other areas where that is a relatively frequent occurrence. I live in a safe area. Do not read this as strictly rich vs poor, as housing can be quite affordable even to low income people like me, even in safe areas.

To be straight here, I don’t think limiting it to top 20 in such a large sample is reasonable.
