My ruminations got so bad after a pretty shitty breakup I had to get help…my journey brought me to medication. Depression and adhd (fluoxetine and vyvanse/adderall) meds brought brain silence that almost made me cry when they started working.

Ngl think it’s this too, read somewhere that dyes used in commercial products were strained so some products started literally looking thinned out. Personally I saw it in our lab gloves, the blue dye was looking…not uniform. Everywhere there is probably some strain on production and people being stressed tf out.

Got a friend off Meth with antidepressants and adderall prescription recommendations. Turns out they had ADHD and self medicated to get their executive dysfunction to function again. They had been using for like a year so I think bamboozling their brain to the safer option was the key.
Also fun fact, lead was banned from gasoline in commercial cars in 1996. Lead also has developmental defects on growing embryos, of which ADHD is common. Like a 60% chance with toxic exposure, the rest of the % is Autism and Cerebellar Hypodysplasia (undersized cerebellum).

Adhd meds helped with this, had a dopamine addiction that meant going ham on a lot of thing outside of food as well.
