  • an armed minority is harder to oppress

With the level of police militarisation, I wouldn’t be so sure. If police murders a bunch of queer people, it’s still a pr disaster and so it’s something they want to avoid. But a bunch of queer people with guns in one place is called a compound or even possibly headquarters and they’re allowed to deploy tanks and flamebombs against it.
In the escalatory war wins the side that is legally allowed to own tanks and deploy flamethrowing robots. Every time.

  • their bones are fragile and once a wing is broken, it’s game over for them.

Your eyes are also very fragile and once they’re gone it’s over for you, and big birds are very well equipped for that.
And geese can bite your nuts.
I am not confident enough about both of those.
Large dog will fuck up most of humans 9 times out of 10.

  • Both times, just like the other times, the candidate they chose won the popular vote on primaries. Your idea that they were unpopular go directly against the only available way to actually check the popularity of the candidate.
Voting population of the US is just deeply racist, sexist, and stupid, but that’s besides the point.

  • It never gave you any, that claim that every VPN provider makes about security and privacy is mostly false. It saves you from like two types of attacks that are so specific I can almost guarantee you you never encountered them in the wild. They also make it 10% harder for your local provider to keep tabs on you at the expense of introducing another very specific ledger of everything you do, that belongs to a trump loving company apparently, and unlike your ISP they are legallly allowed to do whatever they want with it.
It’s not what VPN is for.
