I thought I was the only one. But turns out, there are dozens of us!
Really though. Just ran a Google search. Take it with a grain of salt. 100 million subs worldwide. So it’s not huge. But doesn’t feel small either.

Pretty much same. I do get a “free” premium account with Google Fi. But since I’m paying for family already, that just sits there. But still, 5 bucks per family member per month for music and YouTube ad free, I can’t argue. It works for me.
I would reconsider things if price went up 50% though. Nothing is irreplaceable.

Yeah I have pre because I have had global entry for a while (8 years now I think). Got clear because where I am, it changes wait time from 30 minutes to 5.
I went thru naturalization process. They have everything already. Including DNA, retina scan, etc. So I opted for Clear. Global Entry as well. They have it all already. May as well fast track going thru customs.
No way for me to know. My programming doesn’t allow it.
Cooking at home. 100%. For 3 months to start. Then give one day a week out for another 3 months. And meal plan and prep on Sundays.
You need Lucy Lou bot.
No impact really. We started from Marrakech, which had most impact. Skipped Atlas mountains because that was epicenter. Rest are all impacted. Most impact to tourism seems to be from Israel activities in Gaza.
It’s really been an amazing trip!
Anecdotal share here. I know very few hiring managers that expect candidates to fit 100%, heck 80% even, of a posting. Those that do aren’t ones I would ever want to work for.
I look for 3 things. And that’s not a hard and fast rule or anything. Aptitude, motivation and culture fit. I also look to my peers and larger team for their thoughts along these points.
People (pleasantly) surprise you. My last best hire (I moved to away from direct line management in my new gig) was working at their local Walmart for a year after a tough layoff from a pre sales role. I thought I would get more push back but everyone including my then boss, were like yeah! They just needs another opportunity.
And for what it’s worth, they were a great culture fit and figured the rest out along the way.
