I’m merely stating that for the “gunshow loophole” to be closed it would require all guns to be registered. The loophole is private sales not requiring background checks, but the only way to make that enforceable would be to require all guns to be registered.

And that loophole is private sale. If you required background checks for private sale it would necessitate registration for it to do anything.

The “gun show loophole” is the ability to own a gun without the government knowing you own a gun. In order to actually close this non-existent loophole all guns would have to be registered and registered guns are confiscated guns.

There doesn’t seem to be a substance on Earth that California cannot link to cancer.

The point of my stance wasn’t to say the world is perfect and nothing should change. Only to try and point out the potential reasons for how things are beyond “they’re evil”.

How was that compensation structured? Was it cash or stock? And how much money would they spend if they didn’t act paranoid about false claims? Would that dissolve the 80 billion because it’s possible.

A practically worthless designation.

I saw the other post and figured they must be talking about some radioactive isotope that got into the manufacturing process, but no. They’re talking about fucking radio waves. Do not mix up ionizing radiation from radioactive sources with non-ionizong radiation from RF sources. One damages DNA and the other kind of slightly heats things by a fraction of a degree. You get drastically more heat by running a game and then holding it to your head, or wearing a hat.

It’s actually theft by conversion.
