I skip breakfast and sometimes lunch too. But if id take my breakfast for dinner it would mean me drinking bullet proof tea for dinner. Which will nuke my hunger so idk really.

When i come home the act of cooking and then eating fresh food sort of starts my post work evening. so i guess its a ritual for me, I skipped dinner yesterday but it feels weird so i’d have to say desert for breakfast then rather than breakfast for dinner in my case :)

Sounds most likely, ive done some electro engineering in the past at school and looked alot into Civil Engineering. There are alot of Surge protections in place among other protections that can be tripped and i assume because here in the EU we have one big power network with alot of Energy Trade all these different grids working together are prone for a problem from time to time.

Currently im doing 6 weeks of keto. I have picked up my training again and also picked up my fight training. So in order to get that fighter body im on a keto diet.

Also gave me a new appreciation of meat and it supports my local Butcher ^^ I find that it also helps alot with my ADHD and focus :D
