Not quite the same thing, but there’s a project that lets you use TPM to protect your host keys: https://github.com/Foxboron/ssh-tpm-agent
[edit: its primary function is to work with clients but buried in the readme it also explains how to use it for host keys]
As much as I dislike billionaires and think we have a huge problem with school shootings, the math on this doesn’t check out. According to Forbes there are more than 2,500 billionaires; 2,500/60 > 40 per day. I didn’t dig too deep on the stats for school shootings (because oof), but thankfully we’re not there. There are so, so many more than could be, and it’s a horrible tragedy that we’re doing nothing about, but we aren’t there.
Could you elaborate? Because I’m confused by what you could mean here. What is the broader policy that they disagree with? You say they “did agree with the specific neopronouns policy”, so it seems like you are saying they agree that “harassment based on gender or neopronouns [should] remain prohibited—even if the user in question was suspected of being a troll”? If the broader policy is a policy of “respect for trans identities”, it seems like the only thing about the policy they have a problem with is its respect for trans identities.
Your post does contain the line “they remained unhappy with the broader policy of respect for trans identities”, which to me reads as being at least pretty similar to having “issue with transgender identities.” But I’m an outsider to all this and may be missing context.
I conditioned my statement with “if you are getting by alright”. If nutritional needs aren’t being met that’s not getting by alright. Though I can see how someone might interpret that differently, but that was my intent.
First, it’s OK to not cook. If you are getting by alright without cooking, there’s nothing wrong with that.
Second, I respect you coming here and admitting your fear. Ironically it takes a lot of bravery to do that!
Third, irrational fears and anxieties are a normal part of the human experience. Everybody has them, so though it can feel like you’re being stupid, you’re really just being human (though some might say that’s two ways of saying the same thing).
Fourth, I’m not a therapist or medical professional but the treatment for phobias I am aware of are CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), and exposure therapy. You can find CBT and ACT workbooks that might be helpful. As for exposure therapy, I think it’s best to work with a professional doing that. Exposure therapy is not just taking the plunge, there’s a process to it. Of course, if you can afford it, talking to a mental health professional is always best.
Good luck!
I’m surprised that works for you, given what happens to him immediately after
100%. You are not the problem, the problem is the government and its corporate controllers who decided to just let it run rampant.
They’re just a Russian asset bot who wants Trump to win.
IMO, the admission is different but perhaps worse. What he’s saying is that the US and its allies should be immune to the ICC in all cases.
This has placed the prime minister in a political vise. If he commits to postwar Palestinian rule in Gaza and begins acting seriously to establish it, he loses the far right. But if he commits to resettling Gaza, he loses the Israeli majority and the international community. And so, as he has often done in the past, Netanyahu has chosen not to choose
Oh, he’s chosen.
Don’t go to https://massgrave.dev/ and follow the instructions there, that would be copyright infringement and would deprive an already insanely wealthy corporation of some funds.
Oh no, the United States may one day have to repay a debt measured in United States dollars, whatever shall we do
I remember thinking during metoo that maybe, just maybe, there’d be change this time.
I’m such an idiot
I completely agree with his points but enshittification is such a cringey word
If people took half of the energy they spend shaming people for not adhering to the two-party system and turned it to pressuring Biden to be a better candidate he’d have switched positions by now

I agree with you as long as we also don’t end up boiling the oceans to get a mediocre picture of Luigi snacking on peanuts or whatever
