But what I think would be more important would be for there to be fines.
I like this, it seems like a very practical approach that takes on the root issue. Parents need to address their kids’ conduct in school, it can’t solely be on the teachers and staff.
Just to play devil’s advocate; what if the parents ultimately refuse to pay the fines?
App Update: Fitness tracker permissions can now tell when you are sleeping, so the app only plays ads when you are awake and actively looking at your device.
Coming Soon: A subscription model where you pay $10 a month for the ability to use your $450 battery swapper.
Antenna-Pod does it this way as well.
I dunno, sounds pretty statimated to me.
Also, Happy New Year! Have fun and be safe.
Big overlap with the “I liked Rage Against The Machine, until they started getting political” crowd.
Only one of my three computers was having this problem, but this solution worked for me as well. Thanks for sharing it here!
The phrase “hurt people hurt people” immediately comes to mind, but I still have no idea what Streeter’s story was, even after reading way more than I would have liked to. But I think yours is an important question for people to be asking, if they ever hope to prevent abuse (as much as could ever be prevented, I guess).

Some of these GIF hosts can be pretty obtuse. I was able to get at this GIF by going to the embed page and clicking/tapping the “copy link” button. In this case, the only difference in the two URLs was the file extension.

I got a TCL with Google TV earlier this year (the same model was available from both Best Buy and Wal-Mart), can confirm that I didn’t have to sign into anything or even connect it to the net to use the coax or HDMI ports. Also it remembers the last used connection, so I don’t even have to skip past the Google TV stuff when I turn it on.
One step closer to the Fallout games becoming reality, which is at least potentially cool in some ways.
Nice, I’m gonna consider that pizza oven… Been doing the pizza steel in a standard electric oven and it gets so close, but it’s just not quite there. And we’ve been using low-moisture moz only, but I’m definitely gonna try some gouda in there next time. Thanks a lot!
I just started making pizza at home and that cheese distribution looks perfect… Would you mind sharing some info about that cheese and how you prepare it?
Could it be to protect the rest of the item from getting scratched by the prongs? Especially a screen, or some soft/glossy plastic case that would be prone to scratches.
Edit: I submitted this right after Hylactor’s top comment and I agree with them!
For the same reasons that everything else is “enshittified” – It’s produced by people seeking maximum profits for minimum effort, and consumed by people who aren’t discerning enough to care.
But then there would be no title.
