Uhh. It matters a lot. When someone hits the ball and your client thinks it went one way then the server thinks it went the other way, the ball will rubber band. Over the course of a match tens of such events can add up and cost the game. Try playing at 150 vs 8 ping.

Yup. For me it is Lethal Company. While we run from tbe monsters in fear for our lives they have god mode, etc. Which simply ruins the cooperative aspect and just the entire game for everyone involved. Why even play? I guess they enjoy seeing people reaxt to their hacks but I dont give them anything, simply quit immediately as soon as I find out.

It is tru but, I kinda want no compromises and love watching tech advance. Rn I get 50-70 fps with dips into 30 on Lethal Company with the AMD 780m. Maybe the next one gets me to 90. Also then maybe battery life starts to improve once the FPS target is reached, stuff like that. But the current state of things is already awesome and definitely playable.

Eh, this is all more for future reference than for right now. I can reboot and the problems mostly go away so no real pressure. Dang. Now ive heard bad stuff about every laptop maker. Only Framework is allowing us to easily change the parts though so maybe that is the play after all. The only thing is I want the absolute fastest possible gpu cpu AMD only lol. I can maybe compromise for upgradable parts.

My Pangolin has a touchpad that randomly stops working after 5-10m and now the whole laptop also randomly grinds to a halt completely unrelated. Support told me to reconnect the touchpad myself but i have too much shit to do already…
