If you think the US military wouldn’t immediately remove all assets from California you’d be sorely mistaken. There is no way that the fed would allow assets like that to be given away to a successionist movement. Even if they didn’t, California doesn’t have the logistic ability to maintain those assets for more than id say 3 months.

I hate to say it but the apple type c to 3.5mm jack dongle is actually really good and all you really need. You could go for a balls to the wall dongle setup with a micro DAC that plugs into the phone bit youre starting to get into the placebo effect area of audiphile stuff
Have you tried any IEMs? I know they are wired but I have a pair of moondrop x crinacle dusk 2s that are amazing sound. I do want to upgrade to the new dusk model with the planar drivers but I dont have the free cash atm

As great as this is, its going to go the same way as the Scottish independence referendum. There isnt going to enough voters for the unification/independence for a long time. Im all for Irish unification as an Irishman but Ive got to be realistic on the outlook of this referendum. If Scotland cant get it done, Northern Ireland will be nearly the same.

Photolithography itself was invented in the US a while ago, but the company that perfect the manufacturing process that is used for modern chips is in either Belgium or Denmark iirc. That company just leases its machines to TSMC so it’s entirely possible they could just move the machines to the USA. But that’s my surface level understanding, I don’t know for sure.
