Does Russia have a foreign army in their borders? Very strange use of the word precedence there… there are also cases where countries at war have postponed elections, isn’t that precedence too? How is that relevant for Ukraine specifically?

There’s already a black market for tobacco, and it will just grow in size not shrink. You can buy 50g for like £5 on DNMs.

Also worth pointing out the demand isn’t to dissolve the oil and gas industry over night - but to suspend all new licensing and expansion of the industry which in this case… is 1) something the UK should be doing anyway to meet their climate commitments and 2) not that radical or unreasonable
