Spotify is so ubiquitous that it always felt like it’s similar to big US tech companies like YouTube and Instagram. But it’s actually swedish.

What part of the glasses are you breaking? I broke the hinge once and since then I watch out to buy only glasses with a thicker hinge than the tiny ones that are really common.

I’m using windy.com (it’s from the Chech Republic, see Wikipedia) all the time however it might be a bit overkill if you just want to see the temperature and if it is going to rain. It lets you see different models and a ton of different things. I like the compare function where you can see what the different models predict right next to each other.

So far I’ve heard quite a few people say we should focus more on getting the stuff we depend on from Europe, but I’m not sure if these people were still as supportive if it meant that they have to pay a little bit more.
