Universities are already required to do ‘export controls’ checks and create access control plans for sensitive research data and tech. Wonder why they’re targeting these particular students (who’ve already been vetted).

I want to hike to Mordor
What about “Let’s organize to meet everyone’s needs ourselves” as a catchy slogan?
Can you sell ideas to lawyers?
Interesting they’re keeping Ingress
You’re right if some people weren’t racking up cool social points trying to be anti genocide than maybe the people saying and doing nothing would rise up (???!)
I absolutely adore that sweet spot where you make things less useful for consumers while you also buy out and then sunset things that were more thoughtfully designed and did a better job.
I wonder much new construction will cost less imports and immigrant labour. 12/10 foresight. Definitely won’t lead to unrest.
Haha I was thinking that when I made it. Hopefully this is the kind of meme that would bother them if they saw it (since ‘Business Man’ is a core identity characteristic to them)
“New Information” hehe
Really inspiring
It would still kinda count as a reboot but I think it’s quite telling that no major states have run experiments for improving the way we organize. You would think we would all be in pursuit of the most harmonious way to organize, why don’t we do some small scale experiments to see what works well for a certain geography and then adopt the best practices?
Haha I’m going to start doing this for living authors
WHY IS EVERYONE YELLING. MY MEATBAG HOMIES AND I ARE RELAXING ON THE DECOMPOSING ORGANIC COMPOUNDS UNDER THE CORPOREAL DECISION NETWORK TREE WHILE ENJOYING THE RADIATION OF THE GREAT POWER SOURCE. AI CANNOT HAVE THE SENSATION OF ORGANIC COMPOUNDS.
“The Vienna state prosecutor accuses me of being a Hamas member, specifically the military wing Izzal Din Qassam Brigades, since at least July 2024 and working to ‘destroy Israel and establish a worldwide Islamic caliphate,’” he stated.
Medhurst, a British Christian of Armenian-Syrian descent, has publicly stated that he believes that Palestinians living under occupation have the right to armed resistance under the Fourth Geneva Convention. However, no evidence suggests he supports Hamas or any specific Palestinian political or armed faction.
What makes the accusation even more dubious is the claim that he seeks to “establish a worldwide Islamic caliphate”—a concept that Hamas itself explicitly rejects. Hamas and its armed wing define themselves as a localized Palestinian national liberation movement focused solely on resisting Israeli occupation. The group has never advocated for a global Islamic caliphate and has not conducted military operations outside the borders of historic Palestine.
The notion that a Christian British journalist based in Vienna has joined the military wing of a Palestinian faction—one that does not seek territorial expansion beyond Palestine—strains credibility to an almost absurd degree.
So absurd. Really shows the rule of law is pointless and they’ll just pick you up if they feel like it.
Do you guys want to pool our tax money instead this year? We could vote how we want to spend it
I’m predicting a colosseum fight or something for that america’s anniversary celebration executive order. Trump loves the UFC/WWE
Yes I would say in most parts of the US (with the exception of the major East Coast cities) strangers are a bit more superficially considerate, personable, and conscientious towards eachother than I’ve witnessed in Germany or Austria.
After you get used to it IMO it’s kind of a relief to not have to put on aires for every interaction though.
Not usually. I’ll add a bit next time to see how I like it!
Been watching Defiance, BBC’s Les Mis show, Paradise, and that cartoon about the lifesaving mushroom
