Cromite is pretty much the only Chromium fork I’d trust on Android.

Cromite is the usual Chromium suggestion and I’d add Fennec or IronFox for Firefox suggestions if you need extension support.

Might even be assembled better than the original too.

And now, neither do I.

That’s a store I’m not familiar with but choice is good.

I think that depends on F-droid themselves building it. Ironfox have a github and their own F-droid repo, so you’ve got options at least.
