Not immediately up-to-date at all times, but I use backports. Looks like they’re only a point release behind still. https://packages.debian.org/bookworm-backports/libreoffice
The only time it gets behind by a full version is if Debian Stable is really long in the tooth and Backports can’t compile something due to a compiler or library being really old or if Backports hasn’t been created yet because Stable is young.
I was in a similar situation. Not sleep-phones, but just a particular type of headphones that I like. Have you thought about getting a Bluetooth receiver for them? It’s super annoying, but it’s the only way I’ve been able to keep my headphones. Just thought I’d suggest it if you hadn’t thought of this solution/kludge yet. https://www.fiio.com/btr3k

I think that any cooperative (co-op or coop) game would fit the bill.
My favorites are Pandemic & all Pandemic system games if you like the themes or any of the Gloomhaven games (my favorite is the Jaws of the Lion).
