                Uh… Those dont add up.

                And if you want to be like those countries, its high taxes for everyone not just the richest like you suggested.

                    Are you wanting to fix the housing prices, is that what you are looking for? I can tell you the exact causes of the problem (almost all due to governemnt) and the solutions. More government isnt the solution.
