https://lemm.ee/post/54155328/17905549 is the first example, where Call Me Leni/Lenny/Shinigamiookamiryuu posted a link to Twitter, and someone responded with “ew, Xitter Link”.

Call Me Leni/Lenny/Shinigamiookamiryuu replied with “Who is Xitter Link”? and it was explained that the owner of Twitter is a Nazi, to which Call Me Leni/Lenny/Shinigamiookamiryuu responded with “The whole salute thing has been debunked though.” Call Me Leni/Lenny/Shinigamiookamiryuu locked the thread after members replied to the statement of the salute being debunked.

29 days ago, someone made a thread on a Support community on Lemmy.world https://lemm.ee/post/55188600 and this prompted Call Me Leni/Lenny/Shinigamiookamiryuu to do what other users perceived as doubling down:

Further into the comments, members accused Call Me Leni/Lenny/Shinigamiookamiryuu of “sealioning”: https://lemmy.wtf/post/16417625/12630325

The shipping thread was a thread made out of jest, and everyone else was used up, and I made the pairing.

Now, before you mention the third thing showcased, keep in mind I was banned before March 28th 2023 (for reasons I could get into but which should get their own block), which is the date it mentions. Several people can attest to this. I think this should be taken as a sign most people here are far too unquestioning.

As for the “semantic argument”, I am explaining what I meant. Because I’m relaying the semantics I meant by explaining those semantics. Everyone except the person I was responding to responded to me with confusion at the time, including Danish and including the rule enforcers. They knew what I meant, or I would have been out of there a lot sooner.
