Are we really still the crazy ones when Microsoft wants to keep a log of screenshots of your desktop?

OK. They aren’t products. Not really sure why you feel the need to announce this.
Temu itself I don’t recommend but Aliexpress has been around for over 10 years and I buy lots of electronics parts from it. I have a collection of Pi Pico clones I got for $3 each. I do use them up semi frequently because I make controllers with them. Other things I get are momentary switches, LEDs, wire etc.
People use these marketplaces wrong IMO. They look for the listing with the lowest price and complain when it doesn’t last as long as something 4x the price. You can absolutely buy perfectly good parts and products but you have to buy from reputable sellers and Chinese brands, and people seem to prefer buying the cheapest junk they see.
GIMP and Krita are much more versatile than folks give them credit for. And of course there’s Inkscape for vector. I would suggest learning on these tools and if you find yourself limited then you can start considering other options.
This is surely a smokescreen for Google’s monopolization of Internet standards.
And even if weren’t, I cannot emphasize enough how much that list of companies should also NOT be in charge of setting open standards. Oligopoly, monopoly with the illusion of choice…
Sounds like someone doesn’t know the importance of furries in the free software community yet
Are you 12?

Not really true if you just stick to modern GTK apps. Almost always if you find a program for a specific purpose using Qt (KDE graphical framework) someone’s make a program for the exact same function. Is it basically pointless other than keeping theming and style consistent? Yes, but that’s enough for me unless there truly is an essential function missing. Basically the only Qt application I use is Strawberry Music Player because it’s extremely featureful.
You’re sure it’s in pairing mode? On my XM4s pairing mode is achieved by holding down the power button for a few seconds. It’ll say “pairing” in the headphones and blink red and blue IIRC.
This is the endless argument, though. I like the way GNOME works by default, so the configurability is irrelevant. Some people want configurability, which is fair, but after 9 years I just don’t care anymore.
Again, it’s subjective. The last time I used KDE it felt hacked together and inconsistent, and I got exactly the opposite impression of GTK and GNOME. I thought KDE4 was good but KDE5 looking like a knockoff Windows complete with context menu hell just isn’t for me. It’s much more developed now, but in my own testing I find a lot more inconsistency from KDE and Qt stylings in general, and I prefer to not have to touch my machine once it’s setup and I really find GNOME’s workflow to be best for me.
I consider KDE to be the lower quality option so that’s subjective.

You’re giving package thieves too much credit. It’s straight up unethical to steal from your neighbour. I can defend stealing from a Walmart, but not another member of your community.
Have you SEEN the base install size for Windows 11?
Myself and many others have found lots of use in these features. If it’s not important to you that’s fine, but there ARE reasons many of us default to btrfs now.
Copy on write, compression, and snapshots are really good whistles, though.
They don’t need to do that, feds already have access to all of your banking information.
Agreed. Notably, Bluesky doesn’t require an account to read posts.
