And you really have to try to focus just on your breathing, really feel and monitor the air flowing into, then out of your lungs. Edit: oh, and do it at a steady pace, otherwise you’ll end up hyperoxygenating your brain and feeding the anxiety (ask me how I know…).
That just made me more anxious??
Gotta keep doing it, I generally spend five to ten minutes just focusing on breathing.
